Private Equity funding was provided with the condition that my services would be retained by the SME to ensure clarity on performance and help deliver targets. Business needed guidance on making growth more balanced, maintainable and cash-generative.

The Intervention

Guidance on restructuring the retail operations to reverse cash-drains, provide clearer brand identity, help re-focus the various ranges at new higher price points, help engineer a joint branding initiative to drive more footfall into the retail operations and subsidise overheads. Guidance on store layouts, lighting, product grouping and signage.

Outcomes

Ongoing. The client values a more collective responsibility from his team and mentoring on strategy. Rapid change processes will deliver in due course.
